  1. Do you accept credit cards?

    Certainly. We process payments through PayPal, so you can use either a PayPal account or a credit/debit card. To pay by credit card, simply click on the PayPal button on our site, and then click on the “Pay using your credit or debit card” link on the PayPal site.

  2. How do I use the Social Biz Start training site?

    We have organized the materials here in the suggested order for you to implement your social media marketing. Each section of the training (see Training Index) has a  “Start Here” with step-by-step instructions/lessons. Just start with the first lesson in the series, implement it, and then come back and view the next lesson. Rinse and repeat.

    Once you have logged into your account, you will see a list of the lessons available in the right sidebar. Just start at the top and work your way to the bottom. If you have questions, just ask it on the lesson page underneath the video. If you have answers to your peers’ questions and are feeling brave, go ahead and leave a response. Of course, I check all the questions and will respond to them as well.

  3. I am having trouble with the site. How do I get in touch with you?

    Just fill out our Contact Us form.

  4. How do I cancel my membership?

    While we are truly sad to see you go, we understand that you may want to cancel your membership. To do so, login to your PayPal account, click on Profile > My preapproved payments, and then cancel your subscription. Your membership will then be terminated.
